Ministry Coaches

Ministry Coaching and Leadership Training for Women Ministries

Greetings Women of the North Pacific Conference,

Want to partner with God to make a difference in this world?  Women Ministries has four coaches trained to come along side your leadership team, as you seek to develop or renew Women Ministries to support the vision and mission of your local church.

We offer assistance with:

  • Answering, "Why is Women Ministries needed in a church?"

  • Leadership training for women ministries that grow and strengthen the church.

  • Articulating a vision for your women ministries

  • Setting and realizing goals for effective women ministries

  • Addressing ministry challenges

  • Identifying and understanding what women need in women ministries

  • Brainstorming fresh ideas

  • Getting the Basics -- WM 101 with an NPC WM Resource Handbook

  • Tools to evaluate your ministry -- are you on track?

  • Networking with area women ministry leaders for encouragement and to find out what's happening and what's working in other churches.

Please know that Ministry Coaches are individually available to you for coaching conversations at your convenience.  For instance, if you'd like assistance in developing a ministry action plan to fit your church, why not call a coach?

Meet Your Ministry Coaches -- We are looking forward to connecting with you.

Women Ministries "Leadership Connection"

A leadership connection is a centralized event that provides a day of leadership training and seminars that will help you start a Women Ministries group, revitalize an established group, or bring your group to the next level if your Women Ministries group is already fruitful.

The Leadership Connection events are scheduled in different geographical areas to encourage regional participation and networking.  A condensed version of a Leadership Connection is offered at Retreat and the WM Annual Connection (held in conjunction with the North Pacific Conference  Annual Meeting).

Be sure to watch the NPC WM website for the next scheduled "Leadership Connection."

Karen HearlKaren Hearl, Director of Ministry Coaches, is a passionate and skilled leader for the ministry coaches nationally.  We are blessed to have her support and we welcome every chance to use her as a resource at our Leadership Connections.

Karen teaches seminars including "How to Jumpstart Your Women Ministries" and "The Dynamics of Change."
