About Us |
North Pacific Conference Women Ministries exists to advance God's kingdom through ministries that unite and equip women to grow spiritually, serve, and reach out with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Greetings from the North Pacific Conference Women Ministries (NPC WM) Board! We are pleased to explain how we are all part of a much bigger picture. NPC WM is part of Women Ministries of the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC), led by Ruth Hill, Executive Minister, and headquartered in Chicago, IL. In partnership with the ECC WM office, we play an important role in local, national and international ministries. In our growing North Pacific Conference (NPC) which includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, there are 68 Covenant Churches. Currently, about 44% of all NPC Churches have a form of Women Ministries, and nationally the figure is about 77% in ECC churches. Local WM groups are the bedrock of Women Ministries when they partner with WM at the conference and denominational levels. Like ECC WM, North Pacific Conferences is a self-supporting ministry. We are grateful that God has connected us with you our ministry partners. About 19% of the WM groups from churches in our conference send in ministry support and the women at Retreat give generously to support the mission. The NPC WM Board is an elected volunteer leadership team that seeks to implement God's vision for WM our conference. These ministries include the annual women's retreat; North Park Scholarships; Faith & Outreach Grants to seed new Covenant ministries that advance the Kingdom; project support for Special Interest Missionaries; and the crucial on-going anti-human trafficking initiative, "Break the Chains." Please accept the gratitude of the NPC WM Board.
You demonstrate how invaluable it is to have the financial support, time
and talent of women working together to accomplish the shared purpose of
advancing the Kingdom of God. Please consider partnering with WM by donating ministry support -- thank you! |
